Customers Review Bin There Dump That's Dumpster Service

Interaction with the Parker office was seamless. I had a short list of questions that were answered promptly and without lip service or gimmick. Aside from customer service being on point, the dumpster bin design is great. A normal 20 yard bin from most of the other providers would not fit in my driveway and with shorter walls, I would have easily ran into an issue of over filling the container. The 20 yard bin they provided fit in my driveway with plenty of room to spare for the doors to open and close. I will use this company again when needed!

The experience from start to finish was explained in detail of what would take place and what would be expected. The bin was delivered when advised and in the location decided. Nothing from the experience was a surprise. When Justice picked up the bin, he was very polite asked us if we had any questions, and ensured the driveway was okay. Will use their services again!

Wonderful company to work with. They are always responsive and are there for anything I need. I am cleaning out my house for sale. I have used them 3 times so far and received great service. Justice has been the one to drop off and pick up my dumpster each time. He just does a great job, and is a pleasure to do business with every time he shows up. Had a great experience, went with the 15 cubic foot dumpster for a garage and basement clean out project after the holidays and it was the perfect size. My experience with talking on the phone with Fred was very pleasant and he was helpful every step of the way. I will definitely use them again in the future for more clean out projects like that.

Needed a dumpster to clear out my flooded basement. We live on a hill and the best place to put the dumpster was down the side of our house and into the back yard. Not a lot of room to maneuver and would have understood it if the driver didn't want to place the dumpster there but Daniel was up for the challenge and successfully placed the dumpster right where I needed it! Excellent service all the way around! I was able to get the dumpster and have it placed in a difficult location on the day I called. Thanks so much!
